Simple food done well at KeZhan (客栈)

As we usher in the Chinese New Year,  BOULEVARD (BLVD) Group chain of Dining-Bars too, brings to us its latest traditional Chinese Bar & Concept dining outlet at the iconic Millenia Walk’s “Park & Dine” stretch of fine eateries. Unlike any other BLVD establishments, this new outlet takes on an unprecedented approach towards dining. It hopes to transport customers back in time to ancient China.

Fancy walking down the streets of China with autumn blossom trees in full bloom? How about visiting China’s provincial rural village just to get a feel of an ancient China? Now you don’t have to travel all the way to China just to witness them! Take a walk along the stretch of eateries and you’ll find yourself walking straight into an ancient drama setting where legendary traditional inn “客栈” comes to life in current era. Be awed by Kezhan’s interior made from authentic props, imported wooden furniture and faux autumn blossom trees which all bear an uncanny resemblance to that of olden day China…

What can be more exciting than immersing yourself into the perfect getaway setting which serves up an array of authentic Chinese food selection from Guangdong & Sichuan Province! Kezhan’s food menu promises to delight every bit inch of your taste buds with dishes ranging from its very own house signature ‘Specialty Roasted Chicken’(客栈特色烤鸡, ‘Skewers in Mala Broth’(串串香)and ‘Beggar’s Chicken’(口水鸡, just to name a few. Don’t these dishes ring a bell? If they do, it’s probably because you’ve heard them in some Chinese swordsman drama.

Know what you’re missing out on this spring season and head down to Millennia Walk to witness ancient China and the blossoms in its full glamour!

History of Lim Kee Cheong Fun

Lim Kee Cheong Fun is born out of love for my grandfather. I remembered how my grandfather had gathered all his grandchildren in the kitchen to eat his delicious handmade cheong fun,
and to listen to his success story of building up his handmade noodle business named “Cheng Hong”. Cheng Hong is a household name that supplied handmade kway tiao and cheong fun in
Singapore for more than fifty years.

Today, I would like to continue my grandfather’s passion and ambition to serve, in my opinion, the best chee cheong fun in Singapore. As well as to let you have a taste of my childhood memory
