Has anyone always face the problem of what item to choose when u order Yong Tau Fu? And they always indicate minimum 7 items @$3.50 when u only have $2.50 in ur wallet? And the food items are not fresh by late afternoon time?
Well this particular stall located at Chinatown Food Centre behind People’s Park Complex has the solutions.Today i went 2nd time to this stall for lunch and i gotta queue abt 20mins which was worth the wait.
I was kinda sceptical the last time b4 i decided to try the food. Boy i was wrong and asked myself why i didn’t try it earlier.
1st, u dun hv to waste time choosing the items. 2nd, a stall assistant will take ur order & collect $ from u. 3rd, the ingredients r freshly prepared in front of u. 4th,the soup is always boiling with fresh bean curds(fried & original),fish balls, meat rolls (tiny ngo hiang).5th, u hv choice of noodle, bee hoon or kuay teow, dry or soup, wif or w/o chilli, take away or eat in.All well taken care of for u while u wait.
The stall assistant is efficient where he’ll take ur order n u jus wait to collect ur food wif a grumpy face but who cares. Its the food & value for $$$ tat counts.
I strongly recommend it to those who wanna try delicious & healthy hand-made yong tau fu at a cheap price. They have 3 type of prices @$2.50, $3.00 & $4.00, add $0.20 for take away.
